CLARIFICATION TEXT REGARDİNG THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
- a) Data Controller and Representative:
In accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“Law No. 6698”), your personal data; as the data controller, can be processed within the scope described below by Feyz Hayvancılık Tarım Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (“Feyz Süt” or “Feyz Hayvancılık”).
- b) The Purpose of Personal Data to be Processed:
Your collected personal data is the subject of your disclosure of your personal data to us; ensuring the legal, technical and commercial-occupational security of the Company and the people who have business relationship with the Company; planning and executing the activities necessary to recommend and promote the products and services offered by the company to the relevant people by customizing them according to the tastes, usage habits and needs of the people’s concerned; carrying out the necessary work by our business units and executing the relevant business processes in order to benefit the people concerned from the products and services offered by the Company; planning and execution of the Company's commercial and/or business strategies; to carry out the necessary work by our relevant business units for the realization of commercial activities carried out by the company and to carry out the related business processes; for the purposes of planning and executing the Company's human resources policies and processes, personal data will be processed in accordance with the processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law No. 6698. - c) To whom and for what purpose the Processed Personal Data can be transferred:
Your collected personal data can be transferred through planning and executing the activities necessary to recommend and promote the products and services offered by the company to the relevant people by customizing them according to the tastes, usage habits and needs of the people concerned; to carry out the necessary work by our relevant business units for the realization of commercial activities carried out by the company and to carry out the related business processes; carrying out the necessary work by our business units and executing the relevant business processes in order to benefit the people concerned from the products and services offered by the Company; planning and execution of the Company's commercial and/or business strategies; for the purposes of ensuring the legal, technical and commercial-occupational safety of the Company and the people who have a business relationship with the company; shared with the public on the internet address www.feyzciftligi.com within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law No. 6698, to our dealers, business partners, suppliers, shareholders, affiliates, legally authorized public institutions and private individuals Feyz Hayvancılık Tarım Gıda Sanayi Ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi, limited to the purposes specified in the Personal Data Protection and Processing Policy.
d) Method and Legal Reason for Personal Data Collection:
Your personal data provided by our Company through different channels and based on different legal reasons; is collected in order to develop the products and services we offer and to carry out our commercial activities. In this process, your personal data; is collected through the information and request forms on our websites or in the physical environment. Your personal data collected for this legal reason can also be processed and transferred for the purposes specified in articles (b) and (c) of this Clarification Text within the scope of personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698.
e) Rights of the Personal Data Owner Enumerated in Article 11 of the Law No. 6698:
The rights of natural people whose personal data are processed pursuant to Article 11 of the PDP Law are as follows;
- Learning whether personal data is processed or not,
- If personal data has been processed, requesting information about it,
- Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with the purpose,
- Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred inside the country or abroad,
- Requesting correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and requesting notification of the transaction made within this scope to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
- Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing are eliminated, although it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the PDP Law and other relevant laws, and requesting the notification of the transaction made within this scope to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
- Objecting to the emergence of a result against the person himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- Requesting the compensation of the damage in case of loss due to unlawful processing of personal data.
Your request, including your applications regarding your rights listed above, the necessary information to identify you, and your explanations regarding your right that you request to exercise from the rights specified in Article 11 of the PDP Law; by filling in the "Data Owner Application Form" on the website www.feyzciftligi.com, you can send a signed copy of the form to Feyz Hayvancılık Tarım Gıda Sanayi Ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi, Bandırma Yolu, Yukarı Fevzipaşa Mahallesi Fevzipaşa Sokak No:309 Karacabey / Bursa" to identify your identity. You can send the documents by hand in person, send them via a notary public or other methods specified in the PDP Law, or send the relevant form to feyzhayvancilik@hs03.kep.tr with secure electronic signature.
Our company will conclude the request free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty (30) days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires a separate cost, we will charge the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
Applications should be made in Turkish. In the applications, the name, surname and signature if the application is written, for the citizens of the Republic of Turkey, Turkish Identity number, nationality for the foreigners, passport number/identity number, place of residence or workplace address for notification, e-mail address for notification, telephone or fax number, if any, and the subject of the request are mandatory.
In the application containing the explanations regarding the right that the personal data owner has and will make in order to use the above-mentioned rights; the subject requested must be clear and understandable, the subject requested must be related with the person, or if he is acting on behalf of someone else, he must be specifically authorized in this regard and certify his authority, the application must include identity and address information, and documents promoting his identity must be attached to the application.
We report as "Data Controller" within the scope of PDP Law.
